At EMP Industrial, we stand by the quality of our sports gear and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. If your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are included to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label from your email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
